Ayurveda – It is a natural process of medicines and it is originated from more than 3,000 years ago in india, the word is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur, veda. It also encourages people, certain lifestyle and natural therapies to regain balance, between body, mind, and environment. It starts with internal purification process, followed by special diet, remedies, massage therapy, meditation and yoga.

How does it work?

According to Ayurveda, each and everyone has the unique pattern of energy as everyone has different fingerprints. It is combination of physical, emotional, and mental characteristics. It is believed that there are three basic energy types called doshas, which is present in every person.

Here are the three types:

  • Vata
  • Pitta
  • Kapha

Vata

Vata is the energy that controls bodily functions related to movement. It controls the body with blood circulation, heartbeat, blinking, and breathing. Vata imbalance creates anxiety.

Pitta

Pitta is the kind of energy, that controls the body’s metabolic systems. It also includes digestion, nutrition, absorption and temperature. In balance, pitta leads to satisfaction and intelligence. Pitta can cause arouse and ulcers irritation.

Kapha

Kapha – is a energy that controls growth in the body. It also supplies water to all body parts, upholds the immune system, and moisturizes the skin. It is expressed as love and mercy. Out of balance, kapha leads to lack of confidence and envy.
